ripplehost down?

thanks rossman. i registered at namecheap.com and ripplehost.com but i ran into an error after i paid for my account. after the checkout was done and said it was successful it had a link that it said to click on to create my account and it said i must click on it. i did and it said creating accound then gave me an error. here's what the error says:

Orders to be completed

You have started to order these accounts but have not paid for them.

any ideas/help?

That's it...moving my last domain over to AddAction today.

Can't even get to ripplehost.com to check on their board. The permissions are fubar'd on my site...can't even view all of my pics of my family up there now....grrrr
