Which of these options should I use for ripping a WinXP CD? (No I'm not pirating anything)

fast skip error blocks
advanced sector scanning (factor:100)
read sub channel data from current disc
data position measurement (precision: normal)

They are unchecked by default.

I enable fast skip error blocks but none of the others. Just helps to circumvent copy protection/ensure your burned disc isn't a coaster.

Most definately. Certain disks I've had to enable it, otherwise it wouldn't copy / takes forever for some blocks.
