Ripping off UPS

I recently ordered a copy of guildwars online and it was shipped via UPS. I have had things shipped in the past via UPS and the driver just leaves it at my door without knocking or anything. I live in a condo which is fairly populated. Can/Should I call them after a few days and say I did not receive my pacakge and then resell it on ebay to break even?

Please do not reply if you are going to tell me how wrong an immoral and whatever other bullcrap. I want to know what is involved in making such a claim.

We have no tolerance for thieves and wanna be con artists here. The door is that way==>. Do not let it smack you in the arse on the way out.

i'm not writing to tell you how immoral the action is, but yes, you already know that.

however, i am writing to tell you that you should probably file a complaint with UPS about your driver and say that your driver never knocks on the door.

When all is said and done, your soul will be judged and this post will certainly not help your cause.

hmm interfering with interstate commerce is a pretty serious crime, if my Sopranos viewing has taught me anything.

This is more than wrong and immoral, it is a federal offense.

Enjoy your time in FPMITAP. ;)

Edit: Ah, saw this was with UPS, thought it was USPS. Dunno if that's federal or not... lol
