Ripping DVD to iPod

I use to use DVDShrink rip DVDs so I could watch them at work,
but they have taken away my DVD play back software.

What is the best way to rip DVDs into a format that I can watch
them on my iPod?

I did a search and came up with Videora.

I use a combination of DVD Decrypter to rip and Handbrake to encode. The encoding presets on Handbrake make it incredibly simple to use.

Seconded. DVD Shrink works fine for ripping as long as you turn off compression.
