Ripping DVD Audio Tracks to MP3

Basically I want to rip the 5.1 audio track from a DVD (Metallica S&M) to MP3s or some other format that I can burn to a CD. Anyone know of a program that'll do that for free or cheap?

DVD2AVI (old and free). Just decode the audio to WAV. Convert to MP3 after that.

I can't see where to save just the audio. Am I supposed to convert the whole thing to an AVI file then rip the audio from that to WAV and then convert that to MP3?

If you do save project, it creates a .wav file with the audio and a tiny frame serve file. Make sure you put the audio in 44.1khz before you output it.
