ripping CD into one track

I'd like to rip a nonstop CD into one long mp3 track. Any ideas how I can do that? What software I can use?

I use CDEX for everything, and if you want you just do a "partial" mp3 rip but it'll default to the very first second to the very last second of the CD. bam, you have a full set.
