Ripping audio from "audio-only" DVDs

I searched the forums, and found nothing on "audio-only" DVDs. I have a Foo Fighters DVD, and there is a special part of the DVD that has a still picture slide-show and the audio only of a live concert. I tried to rip the audio from this DVD, but got errors in different programs I tried. Either I got "force 24htz" errors, or something along those lines, do not support audio-only DVD errors, or the programs would lock. In my research I found several things including this, which made me feel less crazy:
"Can I rip a DVD-Audio disc?
A: At present, DVD Audio Ripper doesn't support audio-only tracks. That is, DVD Audio Ripper can't handle AOB files which are located in AUDIO_TS folder and have a different encrypt scheme. If you only see still picture or no picture when you playback a track with software DVD player, you will know that is audio-only track."

Is there a program out there that can rip audio-only DVDs or DVD-Audios to mp3 or wave?

Thanks.

There are numerous ways to go about converting from DVD Audio (DVD-A) to a format of your choice (WAV, MP3, etc).

I found this link at Videohelp.com (but I can't access it here at work) --> DVD Audio Guide

The guides over at Videohelp and Doom9.org would be a good place to start.
