He was born in 28. My father, a few years older, had all his albums on reel to reel tape. I grew up listening to him.

It's weird, but soon my father would have been 100 years old. Holy shit I'm old!

Here is a 1970s picture of my father's stereo system with his reel to reel player. When he bought the system in the late 50s it was bleeding edge stuff. The amp was tubes, of course
