Raylene, my favourite Rankin died. She had the voice and eyes of an angel. Loved her accent too.

Rankin has had three bouts of cancer. She was first diagnosed with breast cancer in 2001, it returned again in 2009. In 2011 she was diagnosed with liver cancer, and she immediately began aggressive chemotherapy.

Fuck cancer... I'm crying now... My goddaughter's second son was born this morning. This was a happy day until I learned of this passing.

I've been a big fan for years, and have almost all of their CD's. It took them a long time to release another album after John Morris died, and this might be the end their time as a group. For those that enjoy their music, this is a sad day.

To OP, Cookie was always my favorite of the bunch.
