Famed mathematician John Nash and his wife Alicia Nash were killed Saturday in a taxi crash on the New Jersey Turnpike, NJ.com reports.

He won the Nobel prize for his Nash Equilibrium and was the subject of a movie starring Russell Crowe.

He was 86.

I'm more likely to wear a seat belt if I have to trust someone elses driving rather than mine.

I use mine EVERY time I drive, I got into the habit when I drove a tiny escort for years. The car I drive now will start chiming annoyingly if the seat-belt isn't fastened. If I'm in a cab I'm EXTRA sure to wear one, if I can't find it or it's broken I'm not going anywhere, too many beat-down old cars and too many careless taxi drivers to not be buckled up.
