The shipping is a little steep $11.95. These are good prices for really nice Slot I Workstation MoBo's. I ordered the PDB-R (includes RAID) for $10 more. I already have the PDB and really like it. Link

Homie,

What cpu's are you using?

Do you happen to know if this motherboard will support up to 1ghz?

I have P2 400's and a friend has P3 600's on the PDB running Win 2k. Another friend has P2 400's with Win XP. The Front Side Bus is only 100MHz. PDB-R Specs

EXCELLENT boards. The PDB-R does support 133 FSB (unofficially I guess but it's there) and I have a pair of 650's running at 867 on one of these running like a rock. Has a VERY slight voltage bump .05 and it was perfect for a workstation.

nice boards but you want retail slot chips
There isn't enough room on the via chipset one to put 2 chips on slocket adapters with coolers
that pretty much kills the OCability.
I'm running some 750s on the 112 bus on mine

Yes, but you need a thin or small heatsink since there is little room. Retail HS will fit fine, but anything large will not work on one of the processors.

The site now has just one Rioworks board. It is the PDVIA for $100.00. It is dual slot I with Via chipset. Is this a good price for this board and would it be good for a PIII 600b (512k & 133 Mhz)?
EDIT... Nevermind, this is the version with no SCSI or LAN. They shouldn't use that picture with all the goodies on it!

I have the scsi lan one and it has worked flawless with no down time for over 6 months running a pair of 750 slots at 840.
I couldn't run socket adapters
this board has less clearance between the 2 slots than I have ever seen{and I have 11 duallies running} so retail slot chips are your best bet
