Eh. Professional protesters come into town and many don't have the best intentions. All it takes is a couple of people that know how to work a crowd into a frenzy and a mob mentality takes over quickly. Doesn't excuse it, just explains how even good intentioned protests can turn ugly quickly.

Most of the arrests over the last few weeks have been people from out of state. Fire kegs like this will always draw anarchists.

People have been angry for years at the lack of home delivery of pizzas from most Little Caesars. I suspect the one being burned down did not offer home delivery.
