rio500 with Win2000?

Has anyone been able to succesfully use the rio500 with win2000? When I attempt to connect mine it refuses to detect the player. Any suggestions would be appriciated...
 
you need to download the newest version of the software from the diamond/Rio website...worked like a charm for me...
