Ive got a crisis on my hands. When i try to play audio cds, they skip a whole lot. Like the song doesnt play, it just skips. When I try to play Mp3cds, they dont work. When I tried to clean the lens with those cds with the brushes, it says No disc, but gives the length and track numbers. When I try to upgrade the firmware, it just spins the cd for like 3 min, then says "No CD". aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa

anyone else have this problem or know how to fix it?

Whoah.. Definitely sounds like a bad player. Can you take it back or are you out of the exchange period? I've had two of them and neither acted even remotely like what you're describing.

It probably is bad. I remembe reading a review for a boobox-esque mp3cd player and I think they said it did that. Should be under warrenty.

Depends on the cc company, but why not just rma it? You will eventually get the product anyway.

The CC probably has a yearly limit on returns, so you're better off with RMA if you can.
