RIO Volt - Few quick questions for the owners..

I had 4 questions about the Rio VOLT..

1. Can you plug normal headphones into it and still have the remote control work?

2. How does the firmware updates work? Is there a serial connection?

3. How is the 120 antiskip? Can I go jogging or snowboarding with this thing and never have it skip?

4. Is the battery life really 15 hours or is this a bit inflated?

2. Burn firmware to root directory of CD, put it in player.
3. I dont own one, I saw it at best buy for 199$ looks really awsome.
