Rio help!

I just bought a Sonicblue Rio 800 and can't get it to work. I got it home, plugged it into the charger (the red charge light went on) and waited about an hour until the light turned off. I press the Rio's "On" button but nothing happens. What am I doing wrong?

Make sure the hold switch isn't on. If that isn't the problem, try calling the support line.
