I'm looking around for an MP3 player, and I have found this one at some places online for a not too bad price. I read a couple of reviews and they all seemed to love it. I wanted to know what kind of problems can I expect from this thing?

Does it support VBR mp3's?? How about WMA files?

How long do the batteries last??

Anything else I should know about??

Thanks!

Read up on these technoligies... A friend of mine knows a great deal.. more than me... He always is commenting on the watermark something or other... Which basicly means a lot of these players will not work with your NAPSTER music... or any downloaded music for that matter.

All the Rio800s do VBR MP3s, and WMA. However, like Arch said, I think that it listens to watermarked WMA settings. This only stands for WMA however, Arch. MP3s don't support any end-user security of any sort(Which means songs from Napster or <insert favorit P2P network here> will work).:D
