Rio 500 Software Problems/Questions

I just bought a Rio 500 and am having problems with ver3.3 of the RioPort software--it won't recognize my Rio.

The older 2.x software works...but it's horrible!

Are there any software alternatives/suggestions?

Any links would be appreciated 🙂

Sorry no suggestions on how to fix RioPort. I don't know what version I have, but it sucked so bad I use Media Jukebox now. Its not the best software either, but try it and see if you can connect at all.
 
Well, I tried Real Jukebox...and even though it said xxmb full...it wouldn't send any mp3s to my Rio...
