Rio 500 Question - compatible with Win2k?

I just finally opened up a Rio 500 that I'd purchased from someone here on the forums. I can't seem to find any win2k drivers for it. Anyone know how I can get it working?

Also, noticed that the headphones in the package didn't look like the ones on the website. They are basic earbuds and not the wraparound kind that are pictured there. Should I be concerned that the person who sold this to me as "new" swapped out the phones?

The drivers should be either at www.sonicblue.com or www.riohome.com...mine works fine with w2k.

As for the headphones, I think they switched from wraparound to normal sometime back...the wraparounds weren't that great.
