Rio 500 - can i upgrade with 64MB or 128MB Flash memory cards?

I believe 128 is largest.. you'll need a firmware update.. check the rio website.

u need the latest firmware...which is something like 2.16 i think...

it may be a beta one not listed on diamond's site...but it's on the web somewhere - just can't remember where.

Download the latest firmware (version 2.16) here. Officially, up to 64Mb Smartmedia cards are supported but I know someone who have successfully used a 128Mb card without problems by using this firmware.

My Rio 500 can access my 128MB SM card with no problems. I'm running Firmware V 2.15
