yesterday I hadmy FSB at 141 and memory was working at 564mhz
it worked perfectly, no problem what so ever.

So then I tried FSB of 147 making the memory 588mhz - not stable at all
so then i got scared wtf it can't be my CPU!

so i put the memory ratio at 3x making it only 441mhz - stab;e
and i kept increasing the CPU speed till the cpu limited me..now my memory is at 534mhz
at 178FSB

May be the clock generators don't support the speed. Is this samsung?

It seems that you got stuck with a bad stick. I wouldn't think
too much of it however since you are pretty fast to begin with!
