I'm sure there are sentencing guidelines for the judge to send long term or hardcore offenders to prison as opposed to jail, but there are times when people get 1 year at DOC (Department of Corrections) rather than 1 year at the county jail. So there is some leeway on the part of the judge.

So what was the place that martha stewert went too. they place nick named camp cup cake. It didn't seem so bad in the movies. They seemed to have lots freedom in that place. Even had time to make apple pie.

white collar criminials often dont get sent in with the murderers and what not because the result would be a more hardened and dangerous criminal when they are released.
