I had the GMX's...for a day. Took them back because I was completely underwhelmed.

I'd buy something besides them for the money.

They are a no name brand, but damn they sound great. Especially since they were almost 1/3 less than the Klipsch.

I'm completely happy with my purchase. Not sure if they carry them anywhere on your side of the pond.

It's not *that bad* in person

A grill cover would be nice, but this is fine. The Klipsch sub ain't nothing to write home about either.

doesnt look like they sell those over here, they do sell cyber acoustics but the lower models, thanks vi-edit. im gettin mixed feelings about the GMX's some say ACE others say NAFF, some say the original promedias were better

should i just stick with my Logitech Z-3's?

Not a bad deal. IMO the previous Promedias > GMX.

slightly biased though, since i own them.

bah i cant decide lol.....too many options, and no chance to listen to any of them to help. i have a keen ear for music, i do notice things alot of people wouldnt even realise was there so fidelity and accuracy is probably my main concern
