Right or Wrong?

I bought these jeans that are pretty nice, but upon wearing them at work today found them to be way too baggy. Is it wrong to reattach the tag and return/exchange them?

No problem with that, unless you ripped them or otherwise hurt their resaleability. They get tried on in the store, and still sell at full price, so wearing it doesn't hurt the resale value.

Doesn't really matter. Most businesses don't abide by morals when dealing with you, so why should you show them the respect they will not show you?

*Shrugs* Thats just my general outlook on things.

Take em back...they're pants...as long as you were wearing drawers when you were wearing em..if not...ewww.

I don't think you need to reattach the tags. Just say you tried them on at home and realized they didn't fit right and you want an exchange.

Not immoral or anything...

I dripped one drop of diet pepsi on the crotch.

If you've worn em around for a day? it's kinda shady. It's not like "omg i got a 61in plasma for 5 bucks shady". I wouldn't say there's another terribly wrong with returning them. Like others have said, make sure they are in resale condition. The other thing of course is that the store might decide they arn't, 😛 but that's another issue.

If you have already laundered them, or they smell like ass, or look like they've been worn (wrinkled, stained): Wrong

Ask yourself whether you'd buy them as brand new in the condition they're in.
