Right Clock Mouse...too many options

When I highlight a Folder and right click the mouse, there's just to many options so how do I rid some of them?

IIRC the right click menu is called context menu, there are several places in the registry for these entries, use your favorite search engine fore more details. The usual disclaimer: backup the registry before modifying it.
