when right clicking a shortcut on the desktop a dr watson error pops up saying Explorer has encountered an error and must close. SP2 was just installed but nothing else was done prior. i am not at the system now so i do not have any more error details.
what can i try? tried google and it seems like a context handling reg entry is common to this.
