Right clicking on a Shortcut

Whenever I right click a shortcut, there is a:
Open, Run as, horizontal rule, Scan for virus, WinZip, another horzontal rule, a Open with, Horzontal rule, and then ANOTHER Scan for virus, WinZip. How can I get rid of the extra ones?
I know that i have to edit the registry.. i just dont know where.
If anyone could help, that would be great.. thanks~
