Right Click Woes......

Hi all.
When I right click on a filename within "My Computer" or the right pane of "Windows Explorer" the first item is "Search". If I double click on a filename (Left mouse), it brings up Windows search box. How can I change that back so that it opens the file with a double click, and that "Explore" or "Open" is first on the right-click menu? I have no idea how this changed....

Anyone have this happen? I keep SpyBot and Ad-aware on here and scanned to see if there was one of those search assistants loaded, but nothing found......

This is in Windows XP Pro.
