I remember some time ago there was either a program or a way to manually edit the list of programs that shows up when you right click on the desktop and choose new. Does anyone know how to edit this?

what OS? 98/2000 you can goto>start>settings>taskbar
XP same place>>once inside taskbar and startmenu>>goto startmenu tab then >>>customize

You can use TweakUI to do it also.

9x/2000 version
