Right click menu, how to edit?

I have uninstalled an app that has left its mark on my right click menu when I right click on any file.
How can I get rid of these items? Does it mean delving into the registry and if so where do I look?
These menu options no longer work but I would like to get rid of them as there are four of them.😕🙁
 
Thats great info" AtTheGates" thanks for that link, I am sure I can get to the bottom of the problem with the aid of the info on that site.🙂
