Right Click Menu Hijacked

Looks like the menu that appears when right clicking the mouse (eg. when right clicking on the Desktop, etc.) has been compromised. How would I go about removing text that shouldn't be there?

AFAIR the right click menu is controled by shell entries into the registry.

You could make a start by getting somat like Regcleaner and seeing if anything untoward shows up. As it makes a backup if you muck it up you can always undo the change
