Right-Click context menus are taking forever to load

I'm having a curious problem with one of the computers here. If you right-click any folder or file, or use a shortcut like Ctrl+C to copy, Explorer goes busy for about 10 seconds. (cursor turns to an hourglass, otherwise nonresponsive) I've done full AdAware and Spybot scans, which revealed some things but cleaned them up, yet the problem remains. I'm thinking it has something to do with the right-click context menu entries in the registry, but I can't remember where those are stored. (and I could be completely wrong) If anybody has some further brilliant insight I could sure use it.

Try Microsoft AntiSpyware Beta plus a 30-day freebie of Webroot Spysweeper, and in MS AntiSpyware, go to the Advanced Tools > System Explorers > LSP (Layered Service Provider) and check for alien stuff in the LSP stack. Have WinSockFix on hand to use in case tearing out the spyware nukes your browsing capabilities too.

Also, what antivirus software are you using exactly?

It's a work computer, so it's using TrendMicro OfficeScan. It forcibly uninstalls all other AV programs, which I find incredibly lame, but it's what we're using and there's not much I can do about it, unless I want to put up the money to switch to another office solution.

Speaking as a guy with over 100 "kids" and 80 'puters to keep out of trouble at the office, can I offer some advice? Restricted-User accounts, aka Limited accounts on stand-alone XP boxes. <--

This is all the spyware protection we need where I work, although VirusScan Enterprise has plenty of spyware/adware on its hit list if the need arose.
