Right audio channel non fuctional on Epox 8RDA+

Well, I think my motherboard is defective or something because the right channel is not working, no sound is comming out of it. I tried hooking up different speakers and tried different channels (2,4,6) but nothing is working for the front right speaker. In 4 channel, my z540s, all speakers work except for front right, and when I switch line in with speaker out, the right rear speaker won't work so I am pretty sure its the mobo? Is there something I can do to fix or is it just defective?
