I'm thinking of building a budget conroe rig (very mild overclock), but I'm not up to date with all the power reqs and motherboard / RAM compatibility stuff. Will this rig work?

it's at the ~$800 price range.. I know the ASRock isn't everyone's favorite, but I'd like to stay at this price point as much as possible
