Not a scam at all.
To claim the freebies you need to..
1)Go to raptrs site.
2)Sign up.
3)Download/install/run the lite version of their client
4)Play the rift free version for 11 hours (which is easily done by leaving the game logged into a character over night.)
5)Go back to raptr site -> aquire code and free gaimez!
