Ridiculous WAMU cards

I have one CC I used pretty rarely...I have had to have 3 replacements now because the number keeps getting compromised. I don't use this card anywhere unique compared to others.

What I am thinking is somehow when the card was compromised the first time, they have some kind of link to the new cards.

Anyway...I am going to cancel this one once and for all now.

Just an FYI. The last charges were for a company called WoolGarden for $2xxx or something and these current ones are for Coltsfootin (some food store) for $1280.

The first time was for some national ads for puppies for sale.

Maybe someone is cloning the card at a local store that you shop at alkemyst, it wouldn't be the first time I've heard of this being done by a retail employee.

I strongly doubt it, as this card I don't use as often. none of my other cards have ever had this happen. This same account has had to have 3 different CC#'s issued.

Plus the fact that none of the purchases make sense nor were to be sent locally.
