I've seen guys like that perform at Columbus Circle in NYC. Their arms are so toned you can see every little muscle in there...

I was just about to post something like that. Were there 3-4 black guys doing it in an empty fountain in some sort of a park. (was visiting NYC)

I can press my bodyweight, but I can't do it quickly while maintaining balance, and I sure as hell can't hold myself up with ONE ARM, even if it's only for a few seconds!

True...

Can you do one arm pushups?

If you can do that, you could do this... ( Just need a good trainer... )

😀

I agree though, the balance and technique are whats hard..

Can you do handstand push ups? Military press bodyweight?

Yeah it is all about the balance and technique. Most critical things in acrobatics/gymnastics/bboy type stuff.

Damnit, actually I'm not sure I can do a handstand pushup 🙁 I always assumed I could but I Just tried with my head fully on the floor and I can't!

EDIT: Actually I think I can barely get one - I just can't totally straighten out because mrsskoorb in the tv room will wonder what I'm doing banging my feet into the wall 😀

Yeah you have to be able to them easily like how you would rattle off 10 push ups. So you have to be able to push more then bodyweight for at least 5 or so repitions. I'm sure you could easily build to that.

But the balance and technique would take a 'while' to say the least!!

I train in Gymnastics so I should be able to break out a few tumbles by the end of the year 😀. My wrist is bust from too many handstands so I haven't trained in 3 weeks 🙁. Got to rest it.

That's insane! Cool vids... that 190kg video is crazy.

Yeah that guy is ranked 2nd in England. His pesonal best is 220kg I think. That 190kg ~ 418lbs! Not easy to pick up off the floor.....
