:Q However, it require alot of abdominal strenght to do those kinds of moves. Impressive none-theless :)

I've seen guys like that perform at Columbus Circle in NYC. Their arms are so toned you can see every little muscle in there...

Much more to do with balance and technique then pure strength. But still dam impressive though :D. All you have to do is press bodyweight with your arms. Size doesn't matter as if your bigger you usually will have more muscle mass. These guys are strong mofo's.

Upperbody strength

190kg Clean and Jerk = explosive strength!

I bet most people couldn't even pick the 190kg off the floor let alone get it above head heigh!

As long as you can press bodyweight you can do it. Harder if you weigh more but you should be able to cope with bodyweight press

Not really..

Just need some talent ( which most don't have ) If you can lift your body weight you should be able to pull that off...

The bodyweight press you need but it is the balance and technique that is harder to get.

I can press my bodyweight, but I can't do it quickly while maintaining balance, and I sure as hell can't hold myself up with ONE ARM, even if it's only for a few seconds!

Can you do handstand push ups? Military press bodyweight?

Yeah it is all about the balance and technique. Most critical things in acrobatics/gymnastics/bboy type stuff.

Damnit, actually I'm not sure I can do a handstand pushup :( I always assumed I could but I Just tried with my head fully on the floor and I can't!

EDIT: Actually I think I can barely get one - I just can't totally straighten out because mrsskoorb in the tv room will wonder what I'm doing banging my feet into the wall :D

Sweet, I haven't visited style2ouf in a while, thanks for reminding me.

And I agree, those are some really nice powermoves and combos...but it just adds to my decline in appreciation for bboys. Maybe it's cuz there's no scene around here, but all the video's I see show a move towards just flat out power and less style and traditional core bboy moves. it's either that, or gumby boys that seemingly have no joints.

Ah well, still good sh*t. :)
