Whether you're late like me (i have a party to goto tonight), or early (buy something for next year). Ricky's in new york (58th and Columbus; right by columbus circle) has 50% off all halloween stuff. Not such a GREAT deal, especially if you arent in NY area, but if you are, and need halloween stuff, it works out quite well.
I just got back from there, and they have a bunch of stuff left. Was gonna go yesterday but figured there would be some type of sale today....
I picked up a Polyester Pete outfit (if you search google, you can find a link to a pic of the costume), my friend got this funky vampire costume, the girls picked up garter belts and other accessories. Definately worth a look
