Rickrolling is the most unfunny shit you can do. People who rickroll are the basicbitch types who read 50 Shades of Grey and visit 9gag and Buzzfeed.

The internet was much better when goatse was around.

It's hard not to be negative in this day and age. What with the state of the world and society, y'know.

its actually pretty easy to tune out the bullshit a little bit and find simple things that make you happy.

This from a guy that lost his dream job and lifes passion to illness and while I have my black cloud days I still enjoy life bro. Write some pomes and shit

Ask your Grandparents...it's ALWAYS been like this.

There’s always an Arquillian Battle Cruiser, or a Corillian Death Ray, or an intergalactic plague that is about to wipe out all life on this miserable little planet, and the only way these people can get on with their happy lives is that they DO NOT KNOW ABOUT IT!

Somehow people found a way to be happy people leading productive lives despite the world around them.

Yea, I know, I got laid off 2 yrs ago from a job I had been at for 15 years, it's been difficult dealing with the negative feelings and loss of income, betrayal is a tough thing to take, I used to wonder why anyone would come back to a former with a shotgun, I don't wonder anymore. Not something I would ever do but, "I understand"..

Yeah, overall there's not much hanging over our heads right now waiting to come down. Maybe the 20's and the 90's were really the only times when America wasn't directly worried about something killing them although there was some domestic terrorism in the 90's that freaked people out like the Oklahoma City bombing, Waco, and Columbine. There was also the first WTC bombing and the USS Cole bombing. 9/11 definitely made us fearful for a while with real fears over more terrorist attacks but it's morphed into a general fear today. Compared to the shit that happened starting with the Great Depression, our problems are tiny. Great Depression went to WWII which then lead real fears over the Soviet Union starting a nuclear war and then toss the Vietnam War. There was a lot more reasons to be negative back then compared to today.
