I'm equally tolerant of Muslims and Christians. Extremists from either religion don't deserve tolerance

It's not any crazier than believing in the right of an arbitrarily chosen cadre of plutocrats to impose their will on all the people within an arbitrarily defined geographic boundary. Or believing that sending people to die and waste billions of dollars in a sandy shithole is a way to "protect our freedom". Almost everybody's got a crazy myth that holds their worldview together. It's the crazy that unifies us. Human society needs a little crazy glue.

Problem is when the "crazy glue" keeps spilling out and instead of putting the cap back on - some folks want to keep squeezing the tube..

So how fast is the sky falling again? Still looks like it's up there to me.

If you want to wet your pants over Perry be my guest, I'll just watch the elections, vote for whomever seems best, write my congressman/senators if something really important goes down, you know, all that stuff that actually matters. All while living my life.

Have fun with your anxiety attack though, I hope it makes you feel special.

How does being "Christian" make you a better President. Some people need to get out of the fucking dark ages.

He's probably more like the majority of Christians in America, one in name only and has much better thnings to do on sundays than waste time going to fucking church and listen to a bunch of bullshit.

The very last thing we need in a President is some Fund A Mental Case nutjob.

Ronald Reagan didn't either, so what's your beef?

Also you have a serious disagreement with Mathew 6:5-6. Careful worshiping false idols

...and Bobo, the Post Turtle, doesn't scare the do-do out of ya?

You're so moronic you don't even realize that you contradict yourself in every sentence you write.

For example, you refer to Obama as a "post turtle," yet you think everyone should be scared shitless by him.

Can you comprehend that a "post turtle" is a totally helpless creature, unable to accomplish anything? Yet you're scared shitless by this helpless creature that can't accomplish anything? What exactly is it that you fear from Obama if you continue to insist that he's just a post turtle?

Frankly, the legislative branch of the U.S. would more properly be referred to as a "post turtle." So how come you don't always write, "Congress, the post turtle?"

Maybe you should get a new script.

It's called the Obama paradox. People will constantly complain that he is ineffectual and accomplishes nothing while simultaneously complaining that he has passed too many bad policies and has been too effective.

Its not even funny how badly the republicans are wasting a sweet center-right spot. Are they fucking clueless at how they could utterly sweep every state if they would do that?

Who the hell is running the GOP into the ground ?

http://www.texasobserver.org/cover-story/rick-perrys-army-of-god

These people are batshit insane. They believe that prophets with a direct line to God live in Texas, that Oprah is a harbinger of the antichrist, that the Catholic Church is the great whore, that the Democratic Party is controlled by "Jezebel", and that their duty is to control the "7 mountains" of society: family, religion, arts and entertainment, media, government, education, and business.

Those apocalyptics are frightening to say the least. Somehow they can't even see that they themselves are sound like the antichrist described by Revelation... the 7 headed beast, the false prophets.

"'We're going to influence it,' Schlueter told his congregation. 'We're going to infiltrate it, not run from it. I know why God's doing what he’s doing ... He's just simply saying, 'Tom I've given you authority in a governmental authority, and I need you to infiltrate the governmental mountain. Just do it, it's no big deal.'"

Liberals: Oppose gun rights? Better get over it and arm yourselves because in the near future these apocalyptics will control everything courtesy of the "libertarian" Tea Party, and they'll be coming for us.

Libertarians: Wake up, these evangelicals aren't your allies. They know that God hates you and your views on fiscal policy won't save your ass when it comes time for them to bring about Armageddon.

Based on your post, they seem less scary than the Democrats.
