Ricing up my glasses

I'm going to return the glasses I have right now and I was curious about what options the ATOT glass wearers get.

Anti Reflective coating

What type of lenses
etc

I dunno if the anti reflective coating is worth getting. I've had it before and it's a pain in the ass to keep clean. But I sit in front of a computer all day at work and sometimes in the evening too.

The pair I'm returning has the EV lenses and I'm just surprised at how thick they are. They're almost double the thickness of my old glasses and the prescription just changed very slightly (since I can see almost perfectly in my old glasses. Just things far away are slightly more blurry)
Will High Index lenses be slimmer than the regular SlimLites/polycarbonate/etc?

anti reflective coating is nice but you're right that it is a pain to keep clean. Carrying a nice cleaning cloth that you use only for your glasses helps a lot. Keep one at work, one at home, and one in the car. As far as the lenses, the lighter the better.
