The point is that AMD doesn't have a separate 1 module die for Richland as far as I know. There are clearly models that are one module, but those are initially made as dual module and when one of the two modules tests bad that one is disabled and the apu is sold as a one module. Really the apu started life as something else. AMD has been doing this across all cpu and apu lines for many years.
There is only a single die (dual Module) manufactured, from that die we get a single module CPU by deactivating the second Module.
AMD doesnt manufacture a die with only a single Module.
