First, Rodriguez was accused by current and former Michigan players of regularly violating NCAA training and practice session rules.

Now Rodriguez just gave a tearful press conference denying the allegations.

Whether they are true or not, it's obvious that the Michigan program is divided internally. Which makes me wonder how long Rodriguez can last there unless he really starts winning games this season.

The first bold has a direct correlation to the amount of games won in the second bold.

He should have stayed with WVU, he was revered there and won a ton of games. Too bad he fcked that up, and if he doesn't win this year he will most likely get the axe and be branded a failure.

Apparently they didnt break any rules. The players just dont know wtf they are talking bout. But the players are correct with their statements..just not breaking any rules.

Didn't Michigan pay some or all of his settlement with WVU concerning him leaving his contract to coach at Michigan? Surely they wouldn't get rid of him after 1 year.

To make things more interesting, some players are coming out and admitting they talked to the paper but said they never said what the paper is saying.

It's likely juniors/seniors recruited by the prior coach who don't like the way the new coach is doing things and/or are losing playing time to younger players that fit the new system better.

College sports is a giant flaming mess of hypocritical whiners, so no surprise here.
