I don't care what the history or value of it is. It's a freaking planter!!! Work it out. or get over it. This is another case that should have been dismissed unheard as frivolous.
I'd be like that ancient mythical Judge in the baby dispute story. I'd seize that blasted thing and order it destroyed. Or destroy it myself right there in the courtroom.
