Rice cooker suggestions?

Stovetop is not as good. Unless you are very careful with measurements and have the best quality pots, you will end up with unevenly cooked rice. On the other hand, a cheap rice cooker is worse than anything you could possibly do on the stove. Brown and crispy, no thanks.
