Ribs?

Beef ribs! hmm yumm went to famous daves last week and had a rack myself..though i didnt finish it off.
 
i prefer pork ribs because they seem more moist and the meat seems even juicier than most beef ribs. when i think of good ribs, i want lots of meat and i want it falling off the bone. they both have their merits though, i like them both!
