RIBS - pork, spare-ribs

I cooked up some ribs and they were probably the best spare ribs I have ever eaten.

1) put Lysander's Pork Dry Rub on ribs and cook for 5 hours at 200 F in oven
2) refridgerate over night
3) reheat ribs in oven at 190 for 2 hours
4) apply BBQ sauce of choice
5) briefly brown over hot grill for 5 minutes a side, or until sauce carmalizes.
6) put on bib
7) eat

I am surprised you didn't use beer somehow. You can incorporate beer into the marinade. Let the meat soak in it. Or even use it in the broth to boil (pre-cook) the ribs. Or use it to create steam in the oven to keep the ribs moist.

Beef ribs are so much better because they are huge

sounds good tho, too bad its raining here i would grill again to day

yeah wtf is with that, they do that here too ( ft worth grocery stores)

whenever i buy beef ribs there are bigass notches cut between the bones, enough so the bones stay together but ~80% of the meat is gone.

I think what they remove becomes ground beef. What is left is BONES.
