Academy seizes computers from nearly 100 mids

In the latest crackdown on copyright infringement and music piracy, military officials operating at the behest of the RIAA have raided the U.S. Naval Academy, seizing nearly 100 midshipmen's computers that allegedly contained illegally downloaded music and movies. The academy was one of many training facilities and universities that received a warning letter from the RIAA on the dangers of file trading back in October.

I wish everybody would stop buying music CD's for just one month. It would bankrupt the bastards.

Those guys at the Naval Academy have commited themselves to 6 years of active duty after graduation. Their lives are not the greatest and I doubt if many of them have much extra spending cash. For the RIAA to go after our future naval officers really pisses me off. These are the people who will be the brains behind our military strategies some day to keep us safe from fanatic Muslims who want everyone to convert to Islam and never listen to music. What morons.
