Nah, I don't think it will be that extreme but I wouldn't be surprised to see some mild forms of their ideas make it through. Given that they are willing to pad enough pockets.

Your assuming that SCOTUS would actually hear arguments this matter. By the time they did... it would probably be too late, unless an injunction was granted by a lower court.

Thought this was kind of interesting. The government commissioned a report on the effects of piracy, and the GAO's conclusions are quite different than the RIAA and MPAA's.
